Ha. It's also nice because you don't NEED equipment to do it. Even though I jog on a treadmill, I don't have to. And when I was visiting my brother last year and didn't have access to one, I just went to the park.

I love reading your posts in everyones' journals. Your inner beauty always shines through in your messages, but tonight....WOW...this photo says it all!

By the way, I'm hooked on the elliptical too. I haven't jogged in years, but when I did it was on a treadmill. It still made my knees hurt. I've been on the elliptical over two weeks now and I'm pain free.

Keep up the great work girl! You are an inspiration to so many of us.

I'm glad to know I'm in good company on the elliptical machine. I have a workout I found on shape dot com that really increased how far I went this morning and the calories I burned. Hopefully I will repeat it tomorrow morning.
