A little birdie told me that someone may have ordered two pink ("geranium") BCBG warm-up jackets by mistake (okay, a frenzy) and that one would make a perfect gift for a certain active someone who just made the 50# club! So the little birdie needs to know if that certain someone likes pink.

Thank you so so much Biki, Tawanda, Trace, Hol, Linda, Nickie, Lizabette and Mary for stopping by with your congratulations. Each of you make these milestones so special

As someone said before (Biki?), I really am standing on the examples of others who have successfully lost weight and continue to keep it off. I feel like medifast is such a gift that everybody should have. I'm trying to figure out a way to talk my dad into giving it a try so he can see how easy it is to lose weight. He loves to eat and football season is coming up which means he will be tailgating most weekends and grilling and frying most of the food for his friends on the RV that they share. If I lived with him, I could make him do it like I made him do Atkins one summer and he lost really well. But he doesn't like to cook just for himself so I'm not sure how his l&g would go. Anyway, that was a diversion.

Thanks again to all of you for your support :)

Good Morning Queenie,
I too would like to shout out to folks to do this way of eating.

Hey, good for you on working on the doctorate. When do you expect to be done? If you find any compelling info on credit recovery, send it my way.

Check out that pink jacket, ohhh, you would look hot in that!

Isn't the jacket cute, Hol? Biki finds such great things on ebay. I give up too easily after looking at pages and pages of pale yellow bcbg halter dresses to find the good stuff I think.

I hope to finish my degree by spring 2009. All I have to do is do the work - if only it was that easy :?

I just realized that I'm halfway to my goal of 145! I weighed 140 in the 4th grade (I've was like 5'4 already - not that 140 isn't way too much, just wanted to give some perspective) so I have no idea what 145 will look or feel like. Seems like a far away place that I've seen on tv but never thought I'd get to go there.

I wish they had a halter dress filter. I love so many of their dresses but NO way am I wearing a halter top. Plus it is Fall shopping season right now except for summer clearance items. Your jacket should be a perfect fit by the time there is a nip in the air if it isn't already!

Thank you Mickey, Joy and Mike! Mike, I think Inspiration is you(and Di's) middle name!

Biki, you are so thoughtful. I really am touched by your generosity. Thanks for thinking of me!

Ebay does have a negative filter. If you want BCBG but not halter, you can type "BCBG -(halter)" in the search box. I do that all the time for things - you can put as many things in the paretheses as you want, separated by a comma. So like if I want an emerald, you always get all kinds of emerald cut gemstones, so I do 'emerald ring -(ruby, sapphire, cut)' or something like that. Then if you click 'search title and description' it will usually limit your results even more. Just a little info - sorry if you already knew it.

Thanks Nick. I didn't realize EBAY used Boolean searches to that level.
