Wow. That's excellent about the jogging, Queenie. You're WAY faster than I am. (But in my defense, I think you're also a lot younger.)

Thanks, Biki! Can't wait to hear how the sports bra works for you. Mine are a lot easier to get on after the 40+ pounds.

Thanks, T! I'm sure you'll enjoy it once you begin. Maybe not the actual jogging, but the feeling of accomplishment - at least that's what works for me. When I'm ready to quit after 5 minutes I just keep saying "but don't you want to say that you jogged 4 whole miles?" That works for the next 35 minutes :)

You don't need any defense, Robin! If I had your dedication to actually doing the workouts every day, I would be in much better shape. Most days I get home and wait and wait and wait until the last possible minute to exercise even though I'm always so glad I did it afterwards. Someday I'll be able to wake up and exercise but not yet.

QUEENIE, Adorable new avatar! I'm using up my posting time today checking out the new avatars.
Does that mean I have to come up with another one?
Love to see who I'm talking, too. You're all such cuties!

If I wait and don't at least start by doing a little something by 6-7am, I am afraid I won't do it at all. I love getting in a mile or two really early. It feels great and it really helps shake off any emotional residue I have from yesterday.

That's why I do it early, too, Biki. If I wait till later in the day, I'm too tired or it's too easy to find an excuse to skip it. Plus this just gives me a really good, motivating start for my day.

I am really trying tto keep my expectations in check since she did say she was sending two because coverage might be an issue, especially with boobs like mine that start way under my armpit. Wish me luck!

Joggin 4 miles, WOW, good for you. I started the C25K but my neck and shoulder whacked out, must be my supreme form! ;) I have taken a short break but I think I will try again, meanwhile I just continue with my power walks and a little biking.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
