Thanks T, Mary, Katie and Hol! You sure know how to make me feel good  Hol, half of my closet is now in my living room since I'm trying to get rid of things that I don't wear or that don't fit, but you're welcome to go through what's left in the closet. I add more stuff to it more often than I care to admit

Tonight we had the opening of the summer program where I'm teaching for the next 3 weeks. We briefly met our students. Class starts tomorrow. I only have them for 2.5 hours a day, so it shouldn't be too strenuous, except that I am still working my other job and we have our annual report due this month along with a couple of manuscripts I'm working on for different projects. July promises to be busy - I still have to make a decision about an apartment and move on the 31st.

Thanks Sue!

100 days sounds great. That was my first challenge to myself and it's up on July 30. I was hoping to lose 49 pounds in those first 100 days (to get to onederland) but it doesn't look like I will reach that goal. Yesterday I completely forgot to have my last supplement because I was up getting ready for teaching this class today. Unfortunately, this morning I was up in weight and that was after I took a day off from exercising.

Does the 100 days start today?

Yes the 100 day challenge starts today - but it sounds like you have a big start ahead of all of us. You are doing such a terrific job and so close to your July 30th goal. We will all be dancing with you in Onederland.

Day 1 of the new 100 day challenge went well for me. I didn't forget any supplements, I jogged 2.5 miles and I had 3 liters of water. I still can't get below ticker, but at least I'm not above it this morning.

I don't know if I will start the new 100 days now or after my first 100 days are up. Not that I won't be compliant while I'm finishing my first challenge, it's just that I don't want the overlapping goals. We'll see :) Hope everyone has a compliant day!

Wow, you jogged 2.5 miles! That is great. I have to force myself to walk briskly for 30-40 min a day.

You are doing great.

Queenie, you look awesome in your dress! I love being able to get rid of clothes and fit into new ones. Well, mine aren't actually new because I have about 3 sizes in my closet but you know what I mean. Your one hot lady!

Thanks Laura and Donna for the compliments :) I was afraid when I bought the dress that the print was a little muumuu-ish, especially when I saw a lady who was probably 80 or so looking at it, too. Glad you ladies like it :)

Mickeyz, I'm doing a 9 week couch to 5k challenge. Yesterday was the end of my 6th week. I was only supposed to jog 2.25 miles but I misread the instructions for the day and ended up jogging 2.5 miles. The absolute farthest I've ever jogged in my existence. It's pretty exciting to get on the treadmill knowing that I'm going to jog 2.5 miles. Well, I guess I don't really know it since I doubt it up until the last few minutes or so. But when I finish, I feel like a superstar. Next week should be ok since I have to jog 2.5 miles all 3 workouts and I've already done it once now. Before you know it, I'll be outside jogging just like regular people

I have Curves this evening. Something to look forward to. I think I might do this 60 day fitness challenge at a local gym that starts Sept 10 so I changed my Curves membership to a 3 month student membership. It's actually cheaper than the other options, but you can't get any travel passes.
