I just want to know how you do it......the more wieght you lose, the bigger your siggie gets. Every time I try to add something, I'm told my signature is too long. I blame it on Unca. So what's the trick?

I'm excited as you might be able to tell. I'm even more excited to say that I jogged 4 miles today. Yep, 4 miles in 41:45 minutes. I did 5 miles total (.3 to warm up .7 to cool down). I just wanted to share that.
