Trying to catch up with you, hol!
Thanks again everyone for all the nice things you said about the pics. Laura, that is probably less than a third of my first cousins in the picture. I have a huge family. My dad has 16 brothers and sisters and my mom has 6 brothers and sisters. But you're right, I am very blessed
I joined Curves today. I thought about just trying to do some tapes on my own but I realize that I have never done that consistently before so I might as well stick with what is working. I love knowing that I go there and do 30 minutes and I'm done. But I'm also finding myself wanting to exercise more and more. I'll have to see if my weight loss slows because I'm adding extra workouts throughout the week. If the weight loss slows, I will add an additional shake. It just feels so good to be active to quit.
I went into a bike shop today and was quickly reminded why I haven't bought a bike yet. They are expensive. Plus, I don't know what kind to get.
Anybody doing/done Power 90? I was thinking of adding it in somehow. After this 100 days of medifast ticker expires, I need another medium range goal and I thought committing to Power 90 would suffice. I probably have to rethink that since I just joined Curves. I might change my Curves membership to a 3 month student one, though. It's cheaper but you can't get a travel pass.
Hope everyone has a happy holiday!
