Having this board is so wonderful because it is discouraging, as all of you might know, when people don't say anything about the hard work I've been putting in to lose these 30+ pounds. You ladies make it much easier through your support and well wishes.
This morning was jog 2 of week 4 on the couch to 5k plan. It was much, much easier than Wednesday's jog. I wasn't quite floating, Hol
, but I was able to increase my speed on 3 out of the 4 jogging segments. I was really dreading having to jog this morning because last time was so hard but I knew I didn't want to have to jog this evening so after about an hour and a half I finally got on the treadmill. I'm glad it's done for the day. As the weeks progress, it really is becoming easier to see exercise as a part of my daily routine.
And Hol, I agree - this really is the best
