Suzy, the couch to 5k plan is from coolrunning dot com. The plan gives you 3 workouts per week for 8 weeks with you jogging 5 km by the end of the eighth week. I finish my 3rd week today. So far, so good. I'm not sure I'll be jogging for 3 miles straight in 5 more weeks, though.

There is a fitness challenge group doing the plan together on the mymedifast boards. That's where I first read about it.
Time to go do my last jog/walk of week 3!
