At this time of year, we all want that Pumpkin flavor. I am really missing the Pumpkin Spice Frapps. The Chai Latte gets old for me, but I tried this tonight.
Use the Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal to make the cookie/muffin recipe.... and add Pumpkin Spice to it. It was awesome. Tasted like little pumkin desserts.

Also, if you get the Stash Licorice spice tea, and brew it and then mix it with the oatmeal to make the cookie, it REALLY tastes like pumpkin. I also mix the tea with the chocolate pudding and freez it until semi-hard and it tastes like choc. pumpkin pie filling.

Funny Mike, I just made pumpkin cookies this weekend for others. I wasnt tempted at all to try them which was cool. I am going to have to bake the oatmeal and see how it goes.
