pudding

Hi! Hey, what's the story with the pudding? I read in one of the brochures that the pudding is not a meal replacement, but I think it is! This would be very wonderful if it were just a snack, but I am in serious doubt! Please advise, and have you read that it's not a meal replacement or was I seeing things? Thanks! Darci

I'm almost 100% sure it's a meal replacement. Definitely not a free snack...too bad b/c I love it!

Hi there, Darci and Sylvia ~

Alas...the puddin' most definitely IS a meal replacement. It is filled with chocolatey goodness, 480 mg of potassium, 14 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, 9 grams of sugar, 15 grams of carbs and 110 calories.

The Fit! Chocolate Pudding and the regular line of Chocolate Pudding contain the same nutrients and provide a balanced meal that can be used on the Weight Loss Program, transition, maintenance or just for plain ol' good nutrition.

:bib: Good golly, let's eat!
