no weight loss - which can be expected, but i know next week will show the truth when i'm not retaining so much water.
what i'm so proud about is my lunch, i made planned on eating my oatmeal and my l&g for dinner, but I just found out i will be super busy and wont be able to eat until late.
so i went out and got japanese for lunch and u know what... I ORDERED NO RICE OR SHIMP SAUSE! My favs.
Instead I got low sodium beef and mushroom (no sause) and a small salad w/ red wine ving.
YUMMY!
This is the first time I truthy ate out without giving in!
