My DH has not been on Medifast with me, but just because I cleared the house out of junk food, chips, crackers, etc when I started on my journey and he has not had access to that kind of stuff at home, plus the fact that he had decided to try to watch what he was eating since I was doing this plan, he has lost 28lbs since I started...

28lbs !!!!! he has lost more than me, don't you just hate the metabolism of men... man, I have been working so hard at this, and it is just dropping off of him, plus since I only make a lean and green at home for dinner, he has had to eat that for dinner as well....

But the good part is, that his waist has gone from a 38 to a 34, (had to buy him new levis and work pants on Thursday, his others were falling off), and my husband is a hottie once again. His butt is looking totally awesome in those new pants.... :D He is looking good ladies.

I love that !!!!!

I think that for just one month men should have to have TOM and water retention like us women and we should get their metabolism!

Congrats on the hot hubby Terri! I bet you two look great

There's definitely somethin' about a guy with a great butt! I would still look at my age--but, the guys who are my age, don't have butts, flat as a pancake!!! :D

Remember too, that parting with all that weight around the waist greatly lessens their changes of having a heart related illness. Hoooo Ray!!!!

:whoohoo: Terri-that is awesome!!! Although I agree very frustrating that we can't lose that fast. I agree with Lisa-I would love to trade TOM and water retention for their metabolism for just one month!
