10 pounds gone !!

Hi All - Just for a lark I had to check in with the scale this morning and I had to blink twice! 10 pounds gone in 3 days. This is so wonderful.
Plus my monthly box of meals arrived today, on time, so I have a pantry full of M/F. I am quite tired tonight - but nothing a good night's sleep won't cure.

I also got leg cramps last night so I got some low sodium chicken broth as per my instruction booklet.

Off to Choir, have much to sing about!!

Hey, I noticed that you sing in choir ... me too :). What voice part do you sing ?
