40 pounds gone!

Woo hoo! On one hand, I almost can't believe I've lost 40 pounds already with so little effort. On the other hand, it was so easy, I feel like I'm just cruising along to my goal weight, Medifast shake in hand.

This is the first time I've felt like I'm really accomplishing something I haven't been able to do before. I've lost up to 30 pounds on other diets, but (say it along with me) they always came back. I'm starting to get lots of compliments, and I just feel better about myself.

I'm so happy I finally found a path to better health that works!
