4.5 pound lost

That's not good considering it has taken two weeks for it to happen. Okay i still don't drink water. Maybe a glass or two a week, but i still should have lost something. I have been eating a tad bit more chicken then i am suppose to, but i do work out more than i am suppose to also. SOoooo that make 95 pounds gone. I am going to be forever getting to the 100 pound club. :x But i have no one to blame but myself. Have a good week all.

Dear krandle, I now that you are impatient to be in the 100-lb club, but I really admire you for already taking off NINETY LBS! :pet: That is just amazing and you have just a few more pounds to go.

Don't despair: look how far you have come!! Someday (soon?) I hope that I will be able to say that I lost 90 lbs. Amazing.

I know your right. It is just so hard. ANd you will be able to say it soon enough. Because that is my goal to lose a 150 pounds. I want to weigh 150 lbs too.
