90 Pound Club por favor!

Postby Gwenski » November 23rd, 2005, 3:51 pm

WOW! Okay, I think if I don't let the holidays and winter blah's get to me that I could wake up on Christmas morning 100 down.

I am shocked and awed by Medifast - only in my wildest dreams did I think I could do this. Not once have I believed the scale, I always am silly and giddy so I go back a couple of minutes later to make sure I wasn't dreaming this up.

Medifast and this Forum are the very best!

Kathy-

Thanks for checking in, I am trying to be around.

Life is spinning out of control around me. At least none of it has been my doing and I have managed to stay tried and true to the All Mighty Medifast -- so, there has been some control.

Between the holidays, work, a sick dog and a sick grandmother - coming up for air has been difficult. I am SO tired.

However, Santa's visit with new SMALLER clothes was a boost of confident and a shot of get up and keep going for me. YAHOOO!!!

Medifast is the bestest, I cannot stress the part about how well it works when you work it. A little stability and control can go a long way -- especially when that scale keeps gong down.

Not sure what I like the most about Medifast cause there are so many things to choose from but this board and all the people who post and share is beyond awesome.

We can do this and change our lives and help others too -- how cool is that!

Happy 2006! Who knew scales could be a friend?!? ha ha ha!!!

Postby forevertodds » January 3rd, 2006, 10:48 am

Wow Gwenski,

You have totally excited me, I know your weight loss is on the high side, but what a great encouragment. I can't wait til I have to start buying smaller sizes. I just started, but I ordered an outfit just before Christmas and the pants came in two sizes too small ( a mistake on their part).. well, I decided to keep them and make them my first goal!!!

Thanks for responding to my post, I am excited to know you are still loosing!
