Hi,
I'm new to the forum. I'm interested in trying to swap out some of my medifast meals for others , but am not sure how this is done. If I post what I'm looking for, once an agreement has been made for a swap, how do we exchange email addresses or addresses without posting that information on the forum?

There is a little 'pm' button at the bottom of a person's post. You click that and then can exchange addresses privately. Hope this helps!
