I wanted to pop in and post--I have been reading everybody's post--I have been working long hours--I have had a slow go of it with my weight loss--I have only lost 4lbs in the last six weeks--because of the health problems I had in the summer -- some of my blood test was a little off--I thank it was because of my eating binge after I reached goal--but the doc said to do mf just have a least 1000 calories a day - I know I will reach goal again it's just going to take a little time---most important thing is I have stuck to the plan the doc and what I talked to Nancy about.
Some times I feel like such a failure with my weight loss-because I did not do what I sould have done when reached my goal--like JO,Dogma,Lauren.lizbeth--my heroes--but than I thank - quit your whining and lose the ten pounds you need to get it done--do it right this time.
