It's funny, I'm usually hungrier after the shakes. I think it's the lack of chewing or utensils.
And yes, cookies worked out much better last night. So well that I made a packet this morning to bring to work tonight instead of making soup. (It's kind of nice. I don't have to bring ANY packets to work now. A bar when I get in at around 5 p.m., lean/green at 8, oatmeal cookies at 11, then I can come home and have soup or pudding or something at 2. Oh, and somewhere in there if I'm hungry a snack of either celery or sliced cucumber instead of pickles.)
