I am having awful PMS!!!! Along with the PMS, I'm having cravings and a lot of fatigue. Its been really hard this week. I haven't cheated, but I'm off tomorrow and dread spending the day at home by myself. This weekend is the annual Culinary Festival, I was invited to go with friends, but I declined. My isolation, has me feeling a little depressed.(once, again the PMS!!)

I feel your pain....this is my PMS week too! I almost caved BUT still hangin' in there with all my might. :aarggh: It's tough, but doable. My H.A., Jan, suggested I have my MF or allowed snack every 2 hours. I maxed out on all my extras and even had an extra shake one day that was particularly hard. Just remind yourself (as I do) that this WILL pass and you'll be feeling better next week. Try to ignore the depression (if you can.....believe me, I know how hard that is!) and distract yourself somehow. Find a good book for escape, or go for a short walk. Hang in there...the depression and PMS will PASS (till next month), and you'll have several weeks more behind you which will give you the momentum you need for the next cycle.

I take B12 for PMS, but I don't know if it's recommended while on MF. It helps me, I have TERRIBLE PMS. Horrible. :)

I too am riding the PMS train. I have been so tired. Chasing my kids, going to school, keeping up the house....Today was Jake and Max's (my oldest 2) first track meet. They did great, but I am EXHAUSTED. They are 4 and 5 years old and the parents run around the track with them. Well, my hubby wore his boots and someone had to watch the baby on the sidelines, so guess who got to run?? You guessed it!! I think I will take a nap now. Then, I think I will make me a chocolate freeze. If I can get through this week and next, I will be doing great.
