Hello all. I just placed my first order for the Medifast products but I have a small problem. I was going to order the Variety pack but I didn't like all of the choices so I customized my own order. I purchased enough for 4 weeks but I am not sure I did it correct. Can someone please take a look at what I ordered and tell me if this was the right choices for the 5&1 plan for 4 weeks.

I think this order looks like you'll have enough for the four weeks. Try to order again after only 2 weeks, just to give yourself a buffer on the shipping - you don't want to run out just when you're getting going!

You can have any supplements you want, so go ahead and find what you like. I exist right now mainly on Ready-to-Drink shakes and one bar a day.

That's what I usually tell folks to get (21 boxes) of regular replacements. It is the minimum, I typically order 22-23 to be safe.
