20# Please!

WOO HOO -20 EXACTLY Today!
I've never ever EVER lost this much before EVER - let alone in 7 weeks!

Sometimes it feels sooo slow, like I am not loosing enough quickly enough, but I know that -20 is better than +20.

I hope to be down another 20 by my Bday on July 10th - we'll see!

This message board is the AWESOMEEST!

The UPSIDE of being down 20 lbs:

Sleeping much better
no more high cholestrol
no more snoring (or very minor than the train i used to sound like)
clothes fit MUCH better and getting into one size smaller in pants
TONS more energy
Skin looks great (and i've gotten compliments)

Over all i just FEEL much better!

It's hard to believe that 20 pounds lost would make such a difference, but it REALLY DOES!
