Please review my schedule

Postby FitQueen » August 28th, 2005, 12:23 pm

I am trying to establish a schedule so I know what to order for my next order. Can someone let me know if I can have 1 bar and 1 pudding per day?

Medifast Schedule: (Drink 64 oz of water, of course)

6:00 am - shake

9:00 am - shake

12:00 pm - soup/cracker

2:00 pm - bar

3:00 pm - shake

6:00 pm - pudding

Thanks,
Ruth aka FitQueen

Hi Ruth!

Your plan looks totally ok to me! The updated MF rules say people can eat any 6-7 MF meals they want a day - with the exception of yes, only 1 bar a day.

The bar is not recommended as the first or last meal of the day, because of the higher cals/carbs in it though.

Myself, I have a schedule that still includes the 3 shakes a day, since I like them, and they are super easy to have while at my nutty fast-paced job :)

My MF day:

6:00 oatmeal
9:00 shake
12:00 shake
3:00 shake
6:00 soup or chili with 1 Wasa cracker
9:00 chai latte

Plus water, water, water :)

Enjoy your next order! :D

Hi fitqueen,

I have a bar and pudding everyday. I have my bar either midmorning or early afternoon and I have my pudding as the last meal for the day. Hope this helps.

Hey there, Fit Queen ~

You have already received exellent advice...Yup! Puddin' and a bar are perfectly okie dokie...I would NOT suggest, however that ya dip your bar into the puddin' unless you do 1/2 and 1/2 of each!

Thanks for the advice. I am glad that I can have 1 bar and 1 pudding per day.

I am going to try the bar thing again to see if I still have the bar addiction. :-)
