Please advise- FOR MY COFFEE- HELP!!

It seems stupid to ask, Ive been on the program for so long.... How much Half & Half can I have in my coffee? Per day... And how much regular Spenda can I consume in one day???? I know that i should know, but, I do not. HAVE AN AMAZING DAY!!! (Diana told me once - Mike's Diana from Cali- I just do not remember what topic it was under...)

I use 2 tablespoons of fat free milk for each cup of coffee. That is half an ounce.

I don't know the rule but I have 2-3 cups of coffee, which is over the limit on caffeinated beverages but they do not make me jittery they make me human. So for three cups we are talking 16 calories, 2 carbs and 2 proteins.

Hey Unca- I am a FF half and half fanatic. I only have one cup of tea all day- but I put about 4 tablespoons in. That's ok too, right?

According to the TSFL FAQ's.....

"What can I put in my coffee?

If you wish, you may use low fat or skim milk or small amounts of half and half in your coffee or tea. You may also use artificial sweeteners such as Equal® if desired."

I would also say other sweeteners like Splenda are okay. I use them regularly in my oatmeals, shakes, coffee, and hot cocoa. Not sure I could do some of the products without my DaVinci and Torani SF syrups.

As Unca responded, 2 T per cup of coffee. We are allowed up to 3 caffeinated drinks a day, and that is servings, so watch the serving sizes.

Being on medifast is like trying to follow your grandmother's recipes. You are allowed "some", "a dash", "a little bit", etc. of all kinds of things. This isn't a great plan in those areas for people like me who pay extreme attention to detail.

I think Manly is referring to the fact that things like the TSFL site use terms like "small amounts of".
Its the Medifast website, and wonderful folks like Dede, Unca, Nancy, and all of the others who have researched it to give us exact amounts for the Snacks and Condiments.
My own personal thing is that these things should be added to the Quick Start Guide in its next form. Many people don't have access to the internet, or never look at the Medifast site.
