Depeding on how long it's been, there are some things you can do to shake things up a bit. If it's only been a few/several days, then yes, I think "just stick to the program" is the best option, and try a nice walk (if you haven't been). I am not a plateau expert, though. So, hopefully other people will come along and comment.
If it's going to be "just stick with the program," you can take this time to really focus on other areas of your life. Really, our weight is not something we should need to be constantly worried about and thinking about, and that in turn frees us up to think about and put energy into other aspects of who we are (and good training for maintenance land).
