A place to post GOALS?

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!
Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

Many medifasters put their goals on their signatures usually below the tickers. Unca can help you do that if you PM him.
Also the goals are usually on our tickers. Not sure if you are referring to some other place.

Thanks lizabette, but I was talking more about short term goals. I am sure I read something somewhere, but I think it was a post of more than a year ago. Oh well...

Goals...
I know there's a place to post what we're looking forward to (the elevator), is that what you're talking about? Or do you mean weight goals? There is a daily pledge in the weight room. Am I helping or making it worse?
