PJINCALI Face photo

Postby PJinCali » October 11th, 2006, 5:16 pm

Hi all my medifast friends. I am going to be brave and post my face photos. When I get to 100 pounds lost I will post body shots. I just sent the photos to the webmaster.

:couch:

The before photo was taken during our camping trip this summer so no makeup, my roots need a touch up and I was really hot. This before photo was after I had lost about 30 pounds but I do not have face photos from the real start of the program. The after photo was taken today, again no makeup but my hair was touched up last week (no roots for me!)

Image

Please be nice remember I still have almost 100 pounds to lose.

PJ,

Thanks for posting your photos. There is really a change in your face. Don't worry about the additional hundred....I was there....it'll be gone soon.

(I have 100 to lose also - so I understand!)

Thanks Everyone!

I am going to be 50 on my birthday in December and it was really freaking me out. At over 300 pounds I had no energy, my joints hurt, my blood tests were a nightmare and I could not even walk up a single flight of stairs. My offspring were worried that I was going to die.

Now that I have lost some of the weight, I am so much more positive about my birthday. I know as I continue to lose I will have even more energy, I can walk and even run, I can walk up several flights of stairs and my doctor is really pleased with my overall health improvements. Best of all my children are relieved and very happy that I am getting my health back. They have their mom back now.

I am so much more positive and happy now it is just amazing. I never thought I would feel this way again.

Thanks for all the support! This forum is one of the biggest reasons I have been able to stay on the program. Without the support I would NEVER have made it this far.

Holy transformation, Batman!!!

PJ, you look INCREDIBLE!!! and you CERTAINLY don't look like you're turning 50 now!!!

We're neck-and-neck, kiddo -- I've got about 100 to go, too. You'll get there first, so save me a spot, k? :D

Thanks Di,

I don't know about getting there before you. My weight loss has slowed down significantly and I am having some issues sticking to the plan. I am determined to stay on it until I reach my goal no matter how long it takes.

We can do this!!!

PJ!!!!! Holy Shmmmmmmmokes!!
With or without the hair changes, this is a total mother-to-daughter transformation.
Wow. Way less cheeks, under eye area, and neck, and a definite jawline.
I'm really happy for you, keep up the great work! (Must've been that tree stump, huh? LOL)
