....a lot of us around here have double chins! You certainly won't find any less love here because of it. :bighug:

I think we all have "those pictures." The ones that haunt us when we want to eat something fattening, the ones that blind us when we are shopping for new clothes, and the ones that motivate us in a variety of ways. Taking the step and sharing those pictures is a necessary evil...a big step on the road to "recovery." Thank you for sharing your's with us, and for becoming a part of the family.

....and I love your beautiful red hair! My fiance has red hair and I am hoping that his genes score me a little boy with red hair in a few years.

Heh, count me into the double-chin crowd!

Don't worry, pretty soon, it will be gone for both of us! Along with lots more of extra packing material ;)

And I agree, you have lovely hair! Dang, I wish mine looked half as good grown out! You look to be blessed with the peaches & cream skin too! Girl, fat is only temporary... consider yourself the Venus di Milo in action... :pet:

Seriously, Daydreaming, you are going to be so gorgeous when you lose it all. Like Berkshire said, fat is just temporary. God bless my brother, I love him, but when we were young he use to tease me mercilessly about my weight. "You're fat! You're fat!" One day I just looked at him and said "You know I might be fat but I can always lose weight. You're stuck with that ugly face forever!"

Not that he was ugly but you get my point. Just think of this as a transition! Transitioning to skinny! Some change really is good!

But seriously, that hair is great. The color is gorgeous.

Hi, DayDreaming ~

Oh, Little Darlin' I am happy to see you here and to match you up with you pleasant voice. You have an awesome smile and in just a short time you will have a terrific body, too - it won't be a distant dream but a reality for you. Yes, with your lovely hair, your fair complexion and sweet spirit, you will enjoy life in a wonderful way - getting healthy can be fun.

It takes discipline and self-control - it means setting aside the things we think we want NOW for the wonder of increased health and vitality tomorrow.

Every day that we say, "No thank you, not now" to pizza, french fries, smashed potatoes, rich salad dressing, croutons and martoonies, we say "hello" to a slender body.

Keep on shaking, Little Darlin' ~ day by day you will reach your goal!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...

Double Chin

Postby Jan » January 23rd, 2006, 3:13 pm

Hmmmmm
Double chin huh -- I started out with a triple chin!! I must admit it's genetic most likely -- always wanted one of those carved chins but not for me. I'm just glad I parted with most of it. :D Now to the hair. I have naturally blonde hair -- did I like it ???NO I used to rejoice everytime I saw a dark hair on my head ( and that was even long before those "blonde jokes) My daughter who is naturally blond tooo dyed her hair red. I think it's a gal thing.
