Thanks for the warm welcome! I am confident that this will work - I'm thinking it may be a slower process this time, as this dang age thingy really effects the metabolism. But slow and steady wins the race I reckon.
I have been using protein powder for years, so to me the shakes taste good. Actually haven't found anything yet to dislike (not that I am looking, mind you). If I had my druthers, I would just make the soup easier to make (sheesh talk about lazy, eh?)
