it was a weird week....i was totally compliant for my work week, but i had extra servings of my L&G on my days off. so i wasn't too thrilled to get on the scale today (which is my monday at work). hot diggity! i lost 6 more pounds. hello, 50 lb. mark! and thanks to all the regular posters, this place has helped to save my sanity, and keep my perspective. there's an old saying that goes (and i'm definitely paraphrasing) "we stand on the shoulders of those who have gone before us." thank you, medifasters!!! i know i'm standing on your shoulders. now i only (only!) have to do this 3 more times, and i'm there. well, that and a trip to the plastic surgeon...much love to all!
