Hi everyone :wave:

I have been lurking online since my "restart" June 22 but have posted very little becuz it has been so difficult to do the restart!!!! :x AND I was feeling like a failure. :hammerhead:

But.....Friday, I caught a glance of myself when passing a Mall Window and WOW :shock: :shock: :shock: that was enuf for me!!! It has been 2 days now and I haven't gone off the program. :? I know, :oops: I'm a little embarrassed to admit it but I have just not been compliant!!!!

I have been so happy and proud of everyone for their weight loss and now I truly believe I will be joining you!!!! When I get the weight off that I gained before my "restart", I will post a during photo!!! :oops:

Two days is a great start!! It can be really, really hard to get going again, so consider your back patted by someone else, too!

Welcome back!

Know you are not alone - I came back Wednesday and have already lost 4 pounds!

Just focus on getting through the next few days and you'll be hooked again.

We know this works, let's just go one day at a time.

Restarting is TOUGH! Believe me, I know!

You just need to get through a few days, and you'll be GREAT! Post all you need, don't feel like a failure, we've ALL been there! You're NOT a failure, you're a LOSER!
