Pashta, you are in a different place than most of us with having a little one not too long ago and chasing after 2 little ones along with your exercising. Even if your losses are smaller right now than what we may post, your body is probably making huge changes.

I'm glad you are here!

You should be so totally proud of yourself! You are taking on SO much more than most of us - not just weight loss, but exercise and a new baby, too! I am working on being as committed as you are!

P-what you do is miraculous. I am a housewife with no kids and I need a box full of meds to make it through the day!

Hehe! Thanks guys, it's tough and some days I wish I had meds too! Oh, to have some Xanax right about now... ;)

On occasion I've noticed a calorie deficit of -1700 and I was afraid that was too much and preventing my weight loss. I asked Nutrition Support but they gave me a vague answer and just said they don't recommend doing more than 45 minutes a day of vigorous activity while on the 5&1. Uh... I think I do that almost every day. *sigh*

Amazingly enough, both babies slept in this morning. I woke up at 7 am and did my pilates again. :weightlift:

I *thought* I wasn't sore anymore but boy, when I started exercising again it came back hehe. I couldn't even do as much as I did the first time. :?

I even got to take a shower before they woke up! Of course, as soon as I went in the shower baby boy woke up but he was ok in his crib for the 10 minutes it took me to shower.

Apparently our phone line isn't working right because no calls are coming through but we can call out just fine. I had to call the phone company today and they had better not try to charge us anything!

Hubby's parents came over and took baby boy for the day so I get a little break! Let me tell you it is SO much easier taking care of an immobile baby than a toddler!

Well I'll go read everyone's journals while I can before I have to go do the dishes and feed the baby girl again! Have a great day everybody!

Oh and I dropped another .2 I guess. :|

Thanks, ladyhawke! What's the Balaton? I was born and raised in and around Cleveland but I don't recognize that hehe.

Hi Pashta~

I'm glad the scale moved a little for you. Hang in there....it will move more and probably when you least expect it.

I ate a tiny raw strawberry while I was cutting some up for my little one's snack this evening. Oh I just couldn't help it, they were totally fresh and deep red and smelled sooooo good. It was only a tiny one! Apparently it doesn't count for anything but 2 calories haha so it means nothing, but I had to admit my fault. *sigh*

Guess I'm not perfect after all.

Oh yum! Fresh strawberries......saw some strawberries in the grocery store the other day and thought how beautiful they were (at the peak of red perfection) but I'd want them on shortcake with whipped cream.........

You did great with just having a taste of something so enticing and delectable ... yeah, I can still see them in my mind. ;)

I had another Burger King L&G last night and it did it's thing again, lost .6 pounds overnight. I also lost .5 in my hips and .5 in my waist. I am back into the 30's on my waist!!! 39.5 ! :whoohoo:

I am SOOO happy about that, I'm hoping it's the pilates that is helping in that area!

Ok I'll give my measurements for record:

Bust: 46.5
Waist: 39.5
Hips: 52

Before I got preggo at around 185 my measurements were:

Bust: 45
Waist: 36
Hips: 47

And that is what I am aiming for again. I really don't know about going any smaller because when I get smaller my back starts hurting from supporting my breasts. At that size I felt comfortable enough, even with my big butt still lol.

I sure hope I lose a little more tonight for my official weigh-in tomorrow! I don't think 1.6 pounds a week is an acceptable rate of loss. :nonono:

I'm curious what a Burger King L&G consists of?

1.6 is still good, and losing those inches is fantastic, it must make you feel really great to see that!
