Thanks Suzy! Yeah, the MyMedifast tracker is awesome, it's easier than Fitday because they have the L&G all set up already and all the information in already for the meals.
It really helps me keep track so I don't go out of ketosis. Apparently going over 100g carbs daily can do just that so I'm glad I am aware now!
