Pashta,

I'm so pleased to see that you've settled into a nice rhythm with your weight loss. I hope it works that way for me too!

Don't work too hard this weekend...

What a wonderful day! I am so happy, I lost a pound overnight again as I predicted! I'm only 10 pounds away from pre-baby girl pregnancy weight!!!! I REALLY hope this pattern keeps up. Nutrition Support was absolutely 100% correct in saying that the best weight loss occurs when carbs are kept between 80-85. I've been doing that and look at my results! I'm SO glad I ordered a bunch of eggs, those are only 10 carbs each, same with the tropical punch (which I haven't tried yet.)

We went out to eat last night at Lonestar with the babies. I had a 7 oz (pre-cooked weight) sirloin assuming it would be 5oz cooked with 1/2 pound crab legs, steamed veggies and a little bit of salad with some shredded cheese and light italian dressing. No croutons!

They ripped us off cause the crab legs had only about 2 oz of meat in them, seriously! I shared them with hubby and dipped them in REAL butter which I requested and the waitress was kind enough to comply. No nasty margarine for this gal! :D

Then we went shopping at the mall (got in 45 minutes of walking there at least) and got mother in law a beautiful 14k gold locket to put pictures of the grandbabies in. It was my idea, she is always so helpful and nice and watches the babies for us whenever we need it. I am lucky to have such a wonderful mother in law! It was on sale at JCPenney for only $120 so was a nice deal! The exact same locket was $152 at Macy's.. glad we shopped around. ;)

So awesome! :yay:

Hey Hol - no kidding it is very tough to keep this place clean lol... but I am doing my best and tomorrow morning we will make it spotless believe it or not. I tend to stuff the clutter in the cabinets where nobody can see. ;)

Donica I love cleaning to music too! Nice visual of Robin Williams there hehe.

Hey Sojourner I made fun of myself already by saying that hehe. :D It's just too true!

Thanks guys for reading my journal. :) Hope everybody has a GREAT weigh-in tomorrow! I know I am already down 3.2 pounds! WOOT!

Pashta, the locket gift sounds very nice. I do a lot of babysitting for my g'kids and appreciate my kids telling me they appreciate us always being willing to give them some 'kidless' time to spend with their spouses.

3.2 this week is awesome....my weight loss is less than stellar, but I'm thankful I do have some drop in the scale.

You guys are so great! :D

I'm retaining water today so I'm kinda sad that I'm only -2.4 now but with TOM only a few days away I'm not surprised. Not that -2.4 is bad. It's great! It might get worse so I have to be prepared for it. I know it will go away so I just have to keep telling myself that.

I have some PMS pills that supposedly help with moodiness and bloating so maybe I should take some. ;)

The puffy will be gone in a couple of days... Have a cup of tea, and try to put your feet up for a little while.

Great loss this week.

That's still a great loss, especially if you feel the puffies coming! You're doing so great!

Thanks for the encouraging words, friends. :D

I did take 2 of those PMS pills last night before I went to bed hoping it would clear some up. I was obviously bloated cause I went to put my wedding ring on and it didn't want to go on! LOL... Left a mark on my finger when I took it off at home in the evening as well.

We went over to hubby's mom's for dinner. She made pork tenderloin and pork ribs with light sauce and boiled broccoli just so I could eat too! :) She's so nice. I did have 3 medallions of the pork tenderloin and 3 ribs. It looked like about 5 ounces to me. We went grocery shopping and looking at Harleys and Hondas so I got at least an hour of walking in.

I actually love exercising while on MF. I have so much energy! It's a WHOLE lot easier to walk around when you're not carrying a big ol' baby in your belly and weigh about as much as a house. ;)

NOBODY showed up for our open house!! :x I can't believe it! We spent all that energy cleaning up the place and nobody came. I'm thinking we need a new realtor. She just got a color ad in one of those real estate books for the month of May so I'll give it ONE more open house. If nothing then we are getting someone else.

Oh and this morning I did the weighing experiment again. I woke up, went pee and weighed myself. I did my pilates and went back in and weighed myself in exactly the same clothing, didn't eat or drink or pee or even move the scale. -0.4 less than the first weight. I checked them both twice.

Maybe I should ask the trainer why that would happen after exercise? I mean, how can it just disappear like that? The only thing I could think is I used it up as energy for the exercises.

Well, maybe it was the PMS pills or maybe I just lost more weight and am still retaining water but I'm down -1.2 from yesterday's weigh-in. That makes -3.4 pounds for the week. YAY!!! :coolnana:

Ok gotta go, have a great day everybody! :bighug:
