Hi Tonia,

I think you did the right thing ordering more supplements...even on the card. Who knows how the idea of running out would have messed with your mind and you are soooo close to those to fitting into your 16s!

Have a great day :D

Thanks Mavesse! I know it's for most of my food for a whole month so it's not really as much as it seems. I just hate spending so much all at once! ;)

Tonia, I was glad to read that you decided to continue with the program even though it wasn't ideal for how you were planning on having your funds allocated.
Began MediFast 2/10/07 212#
Reached Goal 3/15/08 147#
Renewed commitment 9/20/09-after regaining 38# (185#)

Yeah, I could easily just follow my own diet and keep my calories and carbs actually lower because I planned one already. The problem is I am just so damn busy I don't have time to cook much, and Medifast is truly easy to follow.. add water, microwave and eat! LOL..

Plus on Medifast I get to have "candy" (a bar) everyday if I want to. My plan wouldn't allow for that and get enough vitamins in at the same time. I've tried some of the other bars on the market and Medifast makes the best ones IMO!

For my own records, my weekly snapshot:

Part 1 Your Weight
Current weight: 223.8 lbs (04/29/2007)
Change from start of program: 14.6 lbs loss
Goal weight: 185 lbs
Distance from goal: 38.8 lbs

Part 2 Your Food Intake
We can learn a lot from your usual food intake. MyMedifast has summarized the nutrient value of your food records as follows:
Your food assessment is based on 7 days of recorded information.

Average Intake
Calories 997 kcal/day

Dietary Fiber 19 g/day
Calcium 1497 mg/day
Iron 26 mg/day
Sodium 1671 mg/day
Vitamin A 11675 IU/day
Vitamin C 122 mg/day

Total number of workouts: 15
Average calories burned per day: 202Kcal

Why have I been getting so hungry after I eat my L&G? I don't understand it... I can go all day without being very hungry but then AFTER I eat I am suddenly famished? It doesn't matter what I have for L&G either it seems, it's happened when I had steak, chicken and fish. Weird.

I don't know, but I've noticed this sometimes, too. Maybe the act of chewing reminds our bodies of how much fun eating is?

Something strange happened this morning. I decided I would do a little experiment. I woke up, went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I weighed myself in bra and undies and it showed the same weight as yesterday. :|

I proceeded to do my pilates again. I went to go take a shower and weighed myself again, this time without anything on and I was .8 less. Now I know my bra and undies weigh about .2, not .8. Sometimes my scale (digital) is off a little but not by that much!

I wonder if it's possible that I burned some fat during the exercise? I did read that in the morning is best for exercise because our body uses fat for fuel since we haven't eaten in many hours and the carb reserves get used up while we sleep.

Next time I exercise I'll try it again, but totally controlled with everything remaining the same except the exercise. That's alright though, I'll take it! I have now lost over 15 pounds since starting!

I did weigh 250 the day after I had the baby, but most of that was fluid and blood stores, I don't think I can count that 12 pounds between then and when I started as me losing. ;)

I way the least after I pee and with everything but the panties off. Maybe because my bra is so structured and lightly padded it adds half a pound. I am sure it would add less if I had smaller increments, but it bumps it up to half a pound more.

Hmm, this is a heavier bra so maybe... Not padded though! Biki I don't know how you could deal with a padded bra, it just makes 'em look bigger. I'm always trying to minimize mine hehe..

It's not heavily padded just molded and thick enough not to show your headlights. Originally it was made to be a seamless tshirt bra so no lumps or bumps or funny patterns under your clothes. I am not finding it makes them look larger because the bra actually fits so they are held in place. I bought my first one off figleaves for a little over 60 bucks but once I knew I liked it got one on Ebay for half price.

The great thing about figleaves is you only pay postage once. If you need to send it back for another size they pay for it back and forth.

I know-the site is amazing! Back when I was a 44H-I, it was my lifesaver. I tried the bras on Just My Size but the quality and look did not compare.
