This is why you are with TSFL... HA to the rescue.
You can have an 8 oz glass of skim milk to tide you over if needed. You can also do that as a latte if you would rather.
There are also RTD-like products in stores, but make sure its the low sugar ones, like Atkins or low carb slim fast.
There are also bars that are low carb/low sugar with almost the right amount of protein.
Anyhow, lots of things to contemplate.
