It's Over...!!!

The scale finally moved!!! After 15 days, I have lost another pound! :yay: :yay: I never thought I'd be so happy to lose 1 pound. :yippee: Hopefully this will be the beginning of a good loss week! I had been noticing a difference in my clothes again, even though the scale wouldn't budge. I am starting to fit into a size 10 again!!! Some fit, and others don't. That seems to be the way I lose...inches, then pounds! It was the inch loss that helped me to stay motivated these last 2 weeks. Thank goodness for Medifast! :cheermed:
