Just to clarify - I was on my own "diet" starting around Mother's Day weekend which is when I weighed 313. I had lost about 15 pounds on that. On September 21st I started the MF plan, I have lost 28 pounds and 3 or 4 pant sizes since starting Medifast.

Rodeomom, You are looking fantastic and you have a lovely smile.

Your dad sounds just like mine and my dad finally said something to me about my weight loss recently. It made my heart feel good that he noticed and actually said something about it.

Keep up the good work, I can see sz 16's around the corner!

Thanks Donna! When I get discouraged I remember his remark and it gives me warm fuzzy's inside all over again.
