We had our Walk today and like Ark there were process carbs. I think Missy did a good job organizing it though. She did have out many cases of water and no other drinks. There was also the biggest basket of apples I have ever seen, granola bars, little packets of graham crackers, little packets of pretzles and in the morning bagles. For after the walk they served sandwhiches from subway which I think is better then pizza.

The halfway point pit stop thing was a tent from Canyon Ranch with water and a little packet of pumpkin seed trail mix and water bottles.

I have pictures of the walk I am going to post...mainly because they are of my kids who I think are too cute.

Oh and Ark..I dont know what was with the time either cause it seemed to take FOREVER.

always behind the camera Robin. In this case, behind the camera with one hand and pushing my nephew in the stroller with the other. DH never thinks to take pictures so there are never any of me.

What a GREAT family bonding activity and teaching the wee ones about doing things for others too! Sounds like a blast! Thanks for sharing!

Oh believe me Tom knows who Reginia is. I talk about her all the time.

I think I will post pictures at 50 pounds lost. That will end all the questions. Especially since R and I look nothing alike. I should have done some yesterday, it was a good hair day.
