Hi Leigh, yeah, get those days behind you with some good ole' MF-filled days. There's nothing quite as wonderful as flushing the system with some on programness :).

Cheers to you today !

Leigh, I forgot to mention this in my journal post about the Bodybugg, but I figured I'd tell you here, just in case. I saw when I logged onto the site today that it's on sale right now. $199 instead of $249 (for the basic unit plus coaching and six months of the Web site; the optional digital display thing is extra - but, like I said, optional).

Thanks for the tip on the dinner setting, Leigh. We're all booked for August - going to every character dining thing they have because of the little ones - but the next time we go I'm sure we'll go to the Lodge. I actually want to stay there next time - Christmas 2010 or 2011, depending on the prego situation that far in the future - we're going to go all out and do the cruise/DisneyWorld package. My husband already can't wait. I have a feeling we're going to be going to Disney every year unless we find something he loves even more. Doesn't seem likely at this point.

Hooray for the 3.5 gone already - with all that water weight from eating the horribly delicious foods you described I bet you'll be back at your lowest in a week, two at the most. Keep on keepin' on!

You share your story, and hopefully I can share mine when we get back in August. At the rate I'm going it could be 55 pounds lighter for me, too!

Glad you fought off the yuckies. Nothing I hate worse than things leaving my body in the wrong direction. :( I hope Shane can get right back on as you have. I know you can still help each other along!

YEAHHH Disney!!!! Glad you are back on plan and feeling fine, you are the exerciser of our group, how much do you exercise and do you find you have to add supps to keep up. I am at 1 hour a day, but really would like to do more, like another short workout in the morning...I know I recall once saying no to exercise but it feels good...

I want to go to Disney World!!! Sounds like you are back on track and I don't blame you for not staying on plan while on vacation. My husband and I are debating on taking a cruise out of Galveston, but I am not sure I am ready to set myself for so much temptation. It's going to be bad enough when we go camping for four days with his family....I am stocking up the RTD shakes for that adventure. At least they can be kept in the cooler.

Sooner, I think camping sounds like a place I would definitely rather stay on plan than eat. You want to stay light and energized for all the swimming and hiking!

It must be so hard to be without your kids like that. Mine are too young still for extended trips but we did leave the baby for a week in February and it was horrible!

I'm glad you are back on plan and that you didn't gain too much while you were off of it. Shane, too - and stress is a killer for weight loss, so don't be surprised if it's a bit harder in the midst of all your struggles - I know, like you need more to worry about, right? Just do your best - you are on a journey to change your life, not just to eat a certain way. When you get around to running, I hope you can find a way to work MF without having all those cravings. This plan would be impossible to stick to if it weren't for ketosis, but running would certainly mean that you need more food - maybe just an extra supplement before and after working out would do it?

Good luck and stick around!!

Can't wait to hear about the NSV! You have come so far, a day or two off-plan is not the end of the world - but stay strong and avoid those TOM awful feelings that seem to have run rampant the last week or so on this board!! I wonder if we've all synched up mentally, like women do sometimes when they live together. It just seems like everyone was hitting that rough spot at the same time this month!

You did wonderfully at the restaurant! I'm so glad that it's getting easier to make the healthy choices - because lets face it, even if you weren't on MF none of those entrees were exactly slimming! That's good practice for forever, in my book. Avoiding the bread - even better, because that was sitting right in front of you staring you in the face. Such strength!

Have a great day making those great choices!

Yeah, that was a GREAT job, Leigh!! I wouldn't want to eat any of those things even now. Geez, nice of 'em not to provide ANY healthy options. (And what about vegetarians? Would they be stuck with just the side pasta?)

I'm just glad to see another post today!! It's been so quiet, I thought maybe everyone was too sad about Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett (and Ed McMahon) to post.
