Onederland awaits and it's pretty sweet. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it happens for you this week! I know you've been waiting a long time. Think of it as a preview - it probably takes forever to get those last few pounds before goal gone, too.

On the sandbox - no issues here, either related to cycle or MF. Just lucky I guess. Hope you can find a way around it. Probably it will be easier when you're off MF and can add in more fibrous foods and stuff. My mom used to take Metamucil daily in a proactive way - have you thought of that? Don't know if there's carbs and calories in it, though. Well, of course there's carbs since it's full of fiber, but that kind of fiber wouldn't count as carbs in the diet, right?

I missed the sandbox post, but a nurse on my other board had a GREAT solution that's worked wonders for me: magnesium. I take 250 mg with breakfast and dinner, and I almost never have an issue anymore (after having problems my entire life).

Hi Leigh, just stopping by to root and toot and holler for ya' ! You'll get there before you know it :). The good thing about TOM USUALLY is that even if you halt for a bit before/duing the visit, afterwards are usually rewarded with some nice loss !

Cheers to you and keep on keepin' on :).

I wonder if there's a 'watched pot never boils' scenario here. It probably takes this long to lose a couple pounds all the time, but when you're hovering around a milestone it seems to drag on forever.

But it will happen. Don't lose faith! I know, you won't. :D

I will avoid my concert-is-upon-us-stress-related munchies, if you avoid those nasty TOM munchies :).

I can't relate to the pain but I can relate to you thinking you're a whiner. Not that I think you're whiny! It's just that I was whining myself about having to cook my own dinner tonight at 9pm when all I wanted to do was pass out on the couch. So you see, that's what real spoiled brat whining is - you have a right to feel bad about your pain. You use those stomach muscles for everything, so of course it's going to hurt constantly. I see the wisdom in just waiting to have one surgery, but you have to decide if you can wait another two years or not. Hey, you could have another kid and have them fix it while they're in there!

I raise my glass to you in hopes of a good scale day tomorrow, despite TOM. I actually can't wait until I'm watching that pot of water waiting to get below 200 myself. :D
