Hi Jennifer,
The TSFL servers don't always get updated and inform the Health Advisors of orders. This is a problem they're working on and hope to have fixed up soon.
I just sent you a confirmation. If anyone else is wondering about your order status, email or give your health advisor a call. That's one benefit of having a TSFL health advisor.
