Ok, so I know that real oj is not allowed, and I really HATE the orange shake, but love orange juice.

I figured out a pretty good substitute.

1 cap full of lemon extract
1 cap full of orange extract
1 packet splenda
16-20 oz of water

Put it all in a bottle of cup, shake/stir and enjoy

I have the small bottles of both extracts, so they have small caps. If you try this, it will probably have to be tweaked to your taste. I am going to try it in the morning as a substitute to coffee.

Allie thats funny, the orange shakes are my favorite. I have a dozen or so boxes in the cupboard.
