I'm reading along and what do I find??? Those pesky bars got you again :? But I see you aren't reporting eating the whole box... so you're doing better. You'll make it -- I'm watching

This journey all about you, your body, your progress. I'm glad you asked for OPINIONS, because that's all anyone can offer. Our responses, both physically and emotionally, to the world around us are different, and that includes how we handle Medifast bars.

I know for myself, I've embraced my progress. I've weathered setbacks. I've found my food boundaries. And, nine months later, I'm healthier and slimmer than I have been in well over 20 years. I'm in this for the long haul and never, in my wildest dreams, did I think ANYTHING would effect this change in my life (because nothing else I tried ever did).

So, bring on the bars! As I'm learning to react differently to triggers, they are my training wheels, my patch, my methadone.
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana

Wonderful and interesting replies by all.

I think it’s huge we are learning to positively deal with food triggers and apply the knowledge to our individual situations.

I am not a bar a day person – just use ‘em when absolutely necessary; I reach for a shake or oatmeal as my packet of choice. I need to have a guard posted in front of the bar cabinet. Nancy cannot be trusted with a fork or a bar! ;)
