ONEderland!!!

I was so happy and surprised to step on the scale and see 199.6!!! I haven't been in ONEderland since May 2004. I'm on the 5 & 1 and have stuck to Plan, but have maxed out on ALL the extras we're allowed because of TOM coming....I really didn't expect to see a loss this week. :shock: I want to leave the 200's behind me forever this time!!!

In case there are those who noticed that my total pounds lost took a little jump on my ticker....it's because I decided to include the weight that I've lost since Jan. 1st too. I was struggling to be compliant on MF and lost 7 lbs. doing it "imperfectly", so at first I was only counting the weight I lost since March 31st doing the program "perfectly". Hey, POUND LOST ARE PONDS LOST, right?!? So I'm counting it all and asked Unca to put me in the 10# club yesterday. Only a few more to lose and I'll be in the 20# club! I'm so happy I found this forum and my new H.A., Jan....this is a very motivating group to be in, and I'm so glad to be here. :D :D :D

Thanks Jen and Allison...I never thought I'd be so happy to weigh 199...is is a wonderful place to be after living in the 200's! I'm jumpin' for Joy too! :mrgreen:
