Hi there. Yesterday was my one week weigh in since starting the program. I am happy to say that I lost 5.5lbs, wahoo!!! I am so close to going under 200ilbs, I can taste it. I did get on the scale this morning, hoping I would finally hit that point, but I actually went up a half a pound since yesterday morning??? I know, I shouldn't be weighing every day, but it really does motivate me when I see the scale go downward.
I want to thank everyone on this support group site, you are all my inspiration.
