I'm so excited!

I've just completed my 1st week and I couldn't wait to get up and weigh myself this morning. I never thought I would be excited to weigh myself. :D

I'm down SIX pounds my first week!! WoooooHooooo!!!

I read these boards EVERYDAY and you all are such a great inspiration.
Thank you all. I love the program and I haven't been hungry at all. I feel GREAT!


9 weeks till the wedding!! I can't wait to see where I am in March. I ordered the wedding cake with NO taste testing yesterday! :mrgreen:
We also had excellent news that we'll have the band we wanted for our wedding reception. It was a wonderful day!!!

Thank you again for sharing your stories and encouraging this newbie!!

My poor fiance is already dealing with 5 of my online friends coming!!LOL

We've rented a van for a wine tasting tour on Friday before the wedding! I'll have to skip the wine, but it'll be entertaining just to watch! :roflmao:

Sue - That is really great that you've lost 6 pounds this week. :D This is my 4th day and I'm so hungry (rumbling belly hunger) that I don't know what to do. Have you been hunger free since the first day? :?

I can honestly say I haven't been hungry. A couple times at work I may have started to get the rumbling in my tummy, but it reminds me it's time for my next MF shake, bar, etc. You shouldn't be hungry.

I read and read and read this forum and saw how everyone said to make sure I ate no more than 3 hours apart and it really has worked! All the usual temptations don't bother me at all, because I am satisfied.

So far it's been great and I'm so happy with how I'm feeling. I do drink a lot of water, but I did before starting MF. I think that helps keep me feeling full as well.

Maybe you need an extra shake to get you through the first week? I'm sure someone with lots of experience on here will answer your question better than I can.

Karmagirl-

As stated above my health advisor told me if I was hungry the first few days to go ahead and have an extra shake so that may work for you :mrgreen:

This is day number three for me and I have experienced some hunger but I have been assured this will pass :yes:

I agree too that the more water :water: you drink the fuller you feel so maybe you can try drinking some water when you are feeling extra hungry.

I am a newbie too so just a few suggestions ;) and I hope one will work for you.

Karma, have you tried adding some bouillion, too? That can help fill you up in the beginning and take the edge off.
