Haveyou been hunger free since the first day?
I can honestly say I haven't been hungry. A couple times at work I may have started to get the rumbling in my tummy, but it reminds me it's time for my next MF shake, bar, etc.
You shouldn't be hungry.
I read and read and read this forum and saw how everyone said to make sure I ate no more than 3 hours apart and it really has worked! All the usual temptations don't bother me at all, because I am satisfied.
So far it's been great and I'm so happy with how I'm feeling. I do drink a lot of water, but I did before starting MF. I think that helps keep me feeling full as well.
Maybe you need an extra shake to get you through the first week? I'm sure someone with lots of experience on here will answer your question better than I can.
