Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome :D My first week went well, 8# in 7 days. Now on my second week things are getting easier, less cravings :twisted: I'll just keep shakin and drinking lots of water. I'll let you all know how weigh in goes on friday.

Woohoo! Way to go. Isn't this the most fabulous anti-flab program ever? Just a couple of more pounds and you'll be in the 10 pound club. Before you know it, you'll be @ your goal.

Keep it up--it's gets easier and easier with each subsequent week. You'll become a medifast pro in no time.
