Thanks to everyone for their great words of encouragement. This time it feels right and I KNOW I'm going to do it.
BTW - I had a typo in my first message - my goal is to weigh 135 --- i was so stuck on the 35 that I put I needed to lose 35 pounds. It's actually a 43 lb goal. Then we will see where I go from there. If I go by all the "recommended" weights - I should be somewhere between 100 - 125. Those weights seem surreal to me - so I'm borrowing a tool from someone I saw post on this site and setting intermittent goals. When I get to 135 (AND I WILL); then I'll see about another goal.
I do have one question --
I've been on now for about 10 days and I find that I have a touch of insomnia. Has anyone else had this problem? I've been having some trouble falling asleep - but I'm also sleeping very lightly and waking up several times every nite (in addition to a couple bathroom wake ups
). Would love to hear if this is normal and will adjust itself out.
