one month on MF!

Postby Sarya » June 2nd, 2006, 5:33 am

Today was the start of week five. When I started MF a month ago it seemed like the days went by soooo slowly. I felt like all I could think about was food. What I was eating, when I got to eat it, what I couldn't eat..

Now it's been a month, and it seems like it was just yesterday that I began. For the most part I'm not constantly thinking about food. I didn't lose weight for an entire week, but then I started again. I'm down 19.5 pounds!

I'm very excited although that 20 pound mark is still eluding me!

edit: aw, next morning I lost that half a pound yay :)

Hi Sarya!

Happy anniversary! I just had my 3-month Tuesday and I can't believe it's been that long...seems like Yesterday I was in Taco Bell with my 236lb heiney! You've done so well and you're such a joy on these boards!

I'm so glad you've stuck with it and the elusive 20# club will be yours VERY SOON!

Image, You guys go me thinking...I'm nearly 5 months on MF (June 12) and almost 45 pounds lighter than I was then!

Oh, I know. Not as spectacular as "certain people" I know, but pretty awesome to me. Image

Isn't it great that we all lose at the rate our bodies know we should? I have to say that ROBIN is the most persistent person I know to be on MF for a whole year, and still just as comitted as ever! Good going, ROBIN!

Makes me want to just keep on keeping on until I get to my goal. I'm so proud to be part of such a great group of winning losers!

You are all wonderful!! Image

You GO GIRL!! We started the plan at almost the same time. I started the 1st of May. You are betting me in pounds lost!!!!!!! I have only lost 17. Seems slow for as little as I eat, but it's all good, I WILL TAKE IT!

Keep up the great work!

They're pretty supportive at work. Actually.. a better word might be inquisitive. There are a couple people who will stop by to talk to me about it, and I can literally see their wheels turning. They're on WW and they struggle struggle struggle. I remember what that's like. I think people have gotten pretty used to my new eating habits. We had cake at work Friday, and when I declined a piece no one tried to cajol me into one. That was a plus :)
